For works over £250 we require a 25% deposit in advance of the work being commenced. VAT must also be paid on your deposit. This deposit is not normally refundable because for higher value works we have usually incurred cost and made arrangements which are costly to change. Payment of the balance is payable on completion of the works or by prior agreement only within 7 days of issue of our invoice to you. The option of payment after the work is complete is normally limited to business customers after a credit check has been made.
