In addition, in most cases, we extend our guarantee to 12 months and will return once in that period if we did not identify a defect, such as a broken or damaged pipe, or if the blockage was not caused by items such as sticks, stones, clothing, nappies etc, (which should not be allowed to enter a drain) when we cleared it the first time.
