Work valued at less than £250 can usually be ordered verbally, but high value work needs a written order either in the form of our written acceptance form or, for a business, your own official order. We normally only accept orders from known business customers. Please contact our free helpline for further information. All our prices exclude VAT which is charged at the standard rate of 17.5%.
